If the goods are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown to you, you can choose between a refund or exchange. Your request needs to be accompanied by proof of purchase and any claims should be raised with Guide Supplies within 28 days of receipt of goods. Items that have been used, worn or are not in original condition cannot be refunded or replaced. All special orders are non refundable and non returnable unless faulty.
Returning or Exchanging Goods
If returning goods by post, please include a copy of your proof of purchase, an explanation for returning the goods and whether you require an exchange or refund, along with your contact details. Please supply a self addressed return paid envelope or satchel to cover return postage costs if you are requesting an exchange. Guide Supplies is unable to refund freight/shipping charges, except in circumstances where the goods are faulty, have been inaccurately described or do not match the sample shown.
